ECSite Automates Testing and Validation from Build through Operations
The Challenge
In many infrastructure programs, technicians still key parameters into instruments, save files locally, transfer results manually, and wait for a back-office team to assemble and review the data. Validation is often the last step in the build and the first time errors become visible. Failures, missing results, wrong limits, polarity issues, incomplete photos, wrong asset information, and naming errors are discovered weeks later, when reviewers open files, match evidence to drawings, check spreadsheets, and send exception lists back to crews.
The cost is more than testing time. Manual testing and late validation delay closeout, revenue, first compute, and operational readiness. They make quality dependent on individual technicians and produce inconsistent results across contractors, sites, and instrument brands. The later an issue is found, the more expensive it becomes to correct.

Completeness gates for required strands, trunks, sectors, photos, forms, and calibration records
Closeout And Data Intelligence
Test data collected through ECFieldAgent and other project data managed in ECSite flow into ECCloud with the associated user, asset, location, timestamp, calibration information, and evidence. ECSite can then generate standardized closeout packages with tabulated results, linked raw files, test images, photos, forms, and certification records without recreating the data in the back office.
Validated information becomes more valuable after closeout. ECSite preserves the relationship among designs, assets, tests, photos, forms, locations, and historical work. That structured repository supports as-builts, troubleshooting, upgrades, audits, monitoring, safety, and future automation.
