Mike is an achievement-oriented telecommunications executive with over 25 years of wireless industry experience. His broad range of experience includes a unique combination of high-level sales, business development, technical knowledge, and operations management with wireless carriers. He has a proven record of successfully leading corporate-level and start-up entrepreneurial organizations including senior roles with AFL, iWireless Solutions, Beam Wireless, Telecom Technology Services (Amdocs), Mobile Satellite Ventures (Ligado Networks), AT&T, SunCom Wireless, LCC, and IIT Research Institute (Joint Spectrum Center). He has extensive relationships across wireless carriers, tower owners, OEMs, 3 POs, DAS integrators, and fiber manufacturing.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University and attended Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.  Mike currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina on Lake Norman and enjoys golfing, boating, and time with family.

As an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors,Lisa has a proven track record of driving growth, building high-performance teams, and delivering innovative solutions for enterprise clients and telecom stakeholders. Throughout her career, she has successfully led organizations through complex sales processes, operational transformations, and business development initiatives.

Lisa specializes in developing strategic partnerships, expanding service portfolios, and introducing cutting-edge technologies like SaaS and AI to enhance operational efficiencies and revenue streams. From launching new service offerings and building teams to securing key contracts with Tier 1 telecom carriers, her experience spans all aspects of the telecom lifecycle—from construction and service delivery to managed services and digital transformation.

At ECSite, Lisa is at the forefront of transforming digital infrastructure through data-driven sales strategies. Her role as Executive Director of Sales harnesses her in-depth understanding of telecommunications and wireless networking, helping clients leverage automation for today’s network decisions while elevating their operations.

Director of Fiber Solutions

Joe brings extensive experience to ECSite, having worked in the telecom industry since 1994. He started his career at American Personal Communications, where he played a key role in launching the first all-digital PCS network in the Washington/Baltimore area. With a background in Accounting and Finance (CPA), Joe transitioned to Business Development and Sales in 2000. Over his 20 years at CommScope, he excelled in various roles, including sales of RF engineering services, location technology/E-911 solutions, antennas, fiber and cable products, smart poles, and more. Most recently, Joe was at Mavenir, focusing on OpenRAN radio and core solutions, including 5G SA packet core, IMS, and voicemail platforms.

Sr. Director of Technology

Mike has been involved in all aspects of RF Engineering of Cellular radio systems for over 35 years starting with 2G through 5G systems. He is a recognized technical expert in areas such as DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) design & optimization, RF Interference such as PIM (Passive Inter-modulation), and system performance & design, and system modeling software. Over his career he has architect-ed & coded several software tools including RF coverage prediction tools, drives test data collection tools, propagation prediction & antenna masking algorithms, indoor RF coverage system modeling & optimization tools, and dynamic system simulation software. Over his career, Mike has worked for companies such as Mobile Systems International, and AT&T, as well as engineering consulting & software tool companies.

Director of Product Management and Customer Success

Jayakumar has 20 years of experience in Software Architecture, Product Management, and Customer collaboration.  At his last company, Cisco Systems, his passion for innovation and customer focus has helped him spearhead multiple next-generation and award-winning products. The last product he worked on, Intelligent Traffic Director (ITD) won both the Cisco Pioneer and Interop ITX Awards. With years of cross-functional experience and leadership, Jay has won key customer deals, strategized delivery across platforms, and solved critical customer escalations. His expertise lies not only in developing products from conception to production but also in building and leading energetic teams to execute them. He strongly believes that trust and empathy are the fabric of an exceptional company, and has incorporated such a culture in all his teams.

Outside of work, Jay loves to volunteer along with his family in the local community. His educational background includes an Engineering Leadership Certificate Program from UC Berkeley, a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Bachelors in Computer Science from Annamalai University, India.

Eswar is the leader for ECSite India and product delivery. He has been with ECSite for more than 4 years.

Eswar is a seasoned leader in product engineering with more than 28 years of experience in the industry. He has held various leadership roles at Honeywell and is responsible for portfolio and program management of more than 120 NPI projects for the Automation and Control business of Honeywell.

He holds a bachelor's in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Annamalai University in India and a certification in business management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India. He lives in Bangalore, India.
