ECSite Returns, Refunds, and Subscription Policy
Hassle-Free Returns (Hardware Products)
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, ECSite gladly accepts returns on most hardware items in new, undamaged condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in mint condition and in original packaging with all accessories included.
To initiate a return, contact us at ops@ecsiteapp.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). ECSite will confirm your eligibility before return authorization.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after return approval and item receipt.
- ECSite does not refund original shipping charges, duties, or taxes.
- If a return does not meet ECSite’s stated requirements, ECSite reserves the right to reject the return or apply a 15% restocking fee.
Return Conditions – “Like New” Standard
Returned or exchanged hardware must be in brand new, mint condition, including all original materials such as:
- Manufacturer packaging
- Instruction manuals
- Warranty cards
- All accessories and inserts
Returns may be denied if products are:
- Damaged, scratched, or dented
- Missing packaging or accessories
- Unsanitary
- Have applied stickers or shipping labels on original product boxes
Non-Returnable Items
- Open box products
- Digital products: including software licenses, training materials, or downloadable content
- Lessons and Trainings (in-person or virtual)
- Products missing major components, original packaging, or accessories
- Products outside the 30-day return window
- Used or damaged items without prior approval
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Shipped Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery at ops@ecsiteapp.com. We will assess the issue and provide resolution options, including replacements or refunds.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to:
- Cables, antennas, adapters, or other accessories with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Products returned without authorization or in unacceptable condition
There is no restocking fee if the item is:
- Unopened, or
- In verified new condition with all packaging intact
Return Shipping and International Returns
ECSite does not provide return shipping labels or reimburse shipping costs.
International customers and those in U.S. territories are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any import/export duties or taxes

Processing Time
Once the return is delivered and inspected, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing. Approved refunds will be processed promptly and confirmed by email.
Unqualified or Unauthorized Returns
If you return an item that does not meet return criteria or lacks authorization:
- ECSite may return it to you at your expense
- If unclaimed or unpaid for 60 days, ECSite reserves the right to dispose of or recycle the item
Out-of-Policy Returns (Beyond 30 Days)

Purchases from Third Parties
If you purchased ECSite gear from a reseller, contractor, or another website, you must process any returns or exchanges through the original seller.
However, ECSite will honor any valid warranty claims for ECSite-branded hardware purchased through approved vendors.
Digital Products, Software Licenses, and Subscriptions
Non-Refundable Items
All purchases of digital goods—including training courses, downloadable tools, software licenses, and content—are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or activated.
Subscription Cancellation
- ECSite subscriptions may be canceled at any time from your account dashboard.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.
- ECSite does not offer partial refunds. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Limited Liability Disclaimer
ECSite is not responsible for:
- Data loss from returned items
- Items left inside returned products
- Damage in transit for unauthorized returns
- Claims reported more than 2 business days after delivery for damage or missing contents
